This page explains what personal data I collect when you visit this site, message me or hire me, why I need it, and what you can ask me to do with it.
01Who is responsible
The data controller is YADREUSKAYA TABACU YULIYA PFA, trading as Julia Jadrewska, a sole trader registered in Romania, CUI 46113539, Bd. Bucureștii Noi nr. 136, parter, ap. 5, Sector 1, 012366 București, Romania. For anything about your data, write to yulya.yadrevskaya@gmail.com.
02What I collect
- When you message me on WhatsApp, by email or on Instagram: your name, your contact details and what you tell me about your business and project.
- The quiz on this site keeps your answers in your browser. Nothing is sent to me unless you press the button to message me on WhatsApp or by email. That opens your own app with the answers filled in, and you decide whether to send them. The quiz doesn't ask for your email.
- When you pay, Stripe processes the payment. I receive your name, email, billing address, country, your VAT number if you are a business, and the payment status. I never receive your full card number.
- Project files: the materials you send me for the work, such as past copy, reviews or data.
- When you visit this site, the hosting provider records technical logs such as your IP address, browser and the pages you open. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
03Why I use it
- To answer your request and do the project you hire me for. The legal basis is the contract, or steps you ask for before one (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).
- To issue invoices and keep accounting records, because Romanian tax and accounting law requires it (article 6(1)(c)).
- To keep the site running and secure, which is my legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)).
I don't sell your data and I don't use it for advertising.
04Who else processes it
- Stripe for payments and invoices. See the Stripe privacy policy.
- Vercel, which hosts this site.
- Google: this site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google. I also use Gmail and Google Docs for messages and project files.
- Meta, if you write to me on WhatsApp or Instagram.
- My accountant in Romania, for invoices and tax records.
Some of these companies store data in the United States. They rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses to protect it.
05How long I keep it
Messages and project files: up to 3 years after our last project or conversation, so I can pick up where we left off. If you ask, I delete them sooner. Invoices and accounting records: for as long as Romanian accounting law requires.
06Your rights
You can ask me to show you the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how I use it, send it to you in a portable format, or stop using it where I rely on legitimate interest. Write to me by email and I answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in your own country.
07Changes
If I change how I handle data, I update this page and the date at the top.
